Note: During COVID-2019, EMS freight rates rose sharply, we ship most of order to Europe by rail, and ocean freight to Oceania and North America.
Q:How long is the shipping time for my order?
A:Most orders are received in 3-6 weeks from order to delivery.

Q:Are your products genuine?
A:Our products are purchased from the factory. Some products are inspired by world-renowned designers. It is not the original design version of the designer. If you need genuine products, please contact the original designer or company.
Q:Are the lighting have CE certification or UL listing?
A:The most of lighting are not UL listed and CE certification.
The lamps comply with UL standards in North America and CE standards in Europe.
For orders sent to the United States, Canada, and Japan, all electrical components (including but not limited to lamp holders, wires, drivers, etc.) have UL certification.
Orders sent to Europe, Asia, Oceania, (including but not limited to lamp holders, wires, drivers, etc.), all have CE certification.

Q:Does the lamp support dimming?
A:Generally, lights with integrated LEDs do not support dimming by default.
If the light needs a light bulb as a light source, you can purchase a light bulb that supports dimming and install it.
